Today’s World War 3 Announcement Trailer from The Farm 51, shows an impressive modern military multiplayer FPS that is coming to Steam in the Fall of 2018. It promises to present the modern battlefield experience, complete with tactics and techniques inspired by true modern combat engagements. It also promises the greatest realism, with all maps based on real life locations and featuring accurate depictions of uniforms, weapons, and equipment from various armed forces.
World War 3 will feature two gameplay modes: Warzone and Recon. In Warzone, teams of infantry and armored units battle over fortified points in intense, dynamic firefights. It features large-scale combined arms battles with infantry, armored vehicles and drones. Recon, a fresh approach to the battle royale genre, is more tactically-oriented and puts you in a small reconnaissance squad, where you must survive on your own in hostile territory while capturing high-value targets.
