Batmobile Case Mod at eBay

Remember that cool Batmobile Case Mod that we wrote about last year? Mod master Kevin Core’s awesome creation is now on auction over at eBay.
1/6 scale Batmobile Tumbler with desktop PC built inside. This is a one of a kind build that has been featured in Maximum PC magazine (January 2008 issue). It has been featured on websites and blogs all over the world (google Batmobile PC and see what comes up).
It features LED lighting, 7 hard drive activity leds (3 in the jet exhaust, 1 on each side and 2 red in the front), 10 white led headlights, (1) 10mm blue and (6) 3mm orange leds simulate the “jet exhaust”, stealth power switch and DVD eject buttons, and more cool stuff.

Current bid for Kevin’s Batman Batmobile Computer Case Mod is $51.

[...] About a year ago, the Batmobile case mod lit up the internets with a design crafted from a Wal-Mart R/C Tumbler. The mod still kicks ass, but the specs were lame a year ago and are now…one year lamer. Still, it would make for a very special web surfing device and a great way to celebrate the opening of the new movie. Plus, its pretty cheap at the moment (although there’s still a week left). The batmobile looks really cool. The current bid has gone more than $200.00 now.

[...] Malgré tout, cela ferait une fantastique machine pour surfer sur le web et une belle manière de fêter la sortie du nouvel opus des aventures de la chauve-souris. Et le prix demandé est plutôt modeste (même s’il reste encore une semaine). [eBay via Geekalerts] [...]
