This 3 3/4-inch-tall vinyl figure is based on the second incarnation of the icy villain as portrayed by Otto Preminger, who rocks the orange eyebrows like nobody else can. Only time will tell if we also get George Sanders (Mr. Freeze 1) or Eli Wallach (Mr. Freeze 3).
