You may thinking that there was already a Blood of the Dead Trailer, and you are right, last July there was an Official Blood of the Dead Trailer (and before that was a Blood of the Dead Teaser). However, that one was more of a cinematic trailer with lots of dialog that showed the story, and this one is much more atmospheric with haunting music accompanying dramatic scenery and raucous action.
