You know those cartoons that show characters giving one another wedgies and pulling the other one’s underwear over their heads? I’m not sure that’s even possible (unless the person you’re trying to give a wedgie to has extremely huge and elastic underpants), but you could use the Undercap as a substitute; although you may have a tough time getting them to sport this cap on their heads voluntarily.
