The Jim Gordon ‘The Commish’ Art Print captures a day in the life of one of DC Comics’ most iconic characters… before DC inexplicably shaved his head, bulked him up, apparently made him younger, and stuck him in a suit of armor that vaguely resembles a giant robo-bunny.
Artist Ron Salas, who also gave us the awesome retro Superman Batman World’s Finest Poster, takes us back to a time before Robo-Batman with this 11″ x 15″ poster that captures all the elements of Commissioner Gordon that bat-fans love. He has the glasses, and the stache, and the swagger, as he walks out to confront Gotham City’s bad guys, bathed in the red and blue of the GCPD.
