On the show, Rupert never talks, except in Stewies imagination/dreams, where he appears as a muscular man with the teddy bear head. In those few instances, he is voiced by David Boat, a voice actor that has performed in many TV shows, video games, and movies.

Hey Ashley! I have been on the hunt for a Rupert bear for a very long time as well. I actually found a really nice one from Etsy. This lady “ToysByElen” makes a very nice looking Rupert bear. I actually just bought the last one she has but she custom makes them so you could always request her to make one for you 🙂 it is extremely good quality and looks just like Rupert
