I’ve tried cloth headbands like these, but they shift too much and still let in loud sounds like sudden traffic or a door closing. What finally worked for me was switching to sleep earbuds that fit flush inside my ear so I can sleep on my side comfortably without any pressure points. Being wireless and having all night battery life makes a huge difference too. It is great to see how far sleep audio technology has come for those of us who need consistent noise masking to actually stay asleep.
