3D lenticular can only be achieved with the lens running up and down (like a picket fence) so your left and right eye are seeing slightly different angles of the image, achieving the stereoscopic effect. If these are motion effects I’m pretty sure the lens is running across (like Venetian blinds) so that both eyes are lined up with the lenticules, enabling you to see each frame of motion. I’d love to see an animated gif of these to determine if they’re actually 3D lenticular or just motion lenticular.
