That is some type of a mish-mash of period challenged pieces, that is not Roman Legionnaire armor.
Absolutely not Roman. That’s a medieval style helmet. Although the Romans wore both lorica (that one is on funny) and chain mail, it was one or the other. They did not cover arms and hands.
