The black, leather collar has Elvish script carved into it that reads (in English):

Glow-in-the-dark pigment is rubbed into the carved words and just a little bit of exposure to light will have the script glowing in the dark just like the infamous words did when Frodo stuck the Ring in the fireplace in LOTR: The Fellowship of the Ring.
The buckle and D-ring are securely and subtly saddle-stitched by hand with black polyester cord, and the collar is available in a variety of widths and sizes.

It would be better if it said in elvish, One Collar… instead of One Ring… I think it would be so much better. Pity its not coloured gold.
I do in fact make a cat-friendly version with a breakaway ring. The pricing is the same as the 1/2″ listing for a dog collar. The next one that I make I’ll take some good pictures and put up a separate listing, though for now if anyone wants one they just have to let me know that it’s for a cat so that I can add the breakaway ring.
