Dressed in her iconic red and black harlequin outfit and toting an oversize cork gun, this version of Harley Quinn comes to us courtesy of Eisner Award-nominated artist Joelle Jones, who also created the eye-catching Lady Killers comic book series. So she probably knows a thing or two about women who don’t take nothing from nobody.
