Many heroes have called themselves Captain Marvel, even some arrogant kid over in the DC Universe, but none have been more worthy of the mantle than Carol Danvers, who gained super powers after being caught in an explosion with the original Captain Marvel.
Standing 23-inches tall, the statue features the hero flying over the wreckage of a Brood spaceship, wearing a stylized version of her comic book costume, complete with interchangeable heads that let her be displayed either with or without her Kree helmet.
The Captain Marvel Premium Format Figure will be available Nov 2016 – Jan 2017 but it can be pre-ordered now for $499.99 at Sideshow Collectibles.
