Doraemon Limited Edition Casio EXILIM EX-Z800

Doraemon Casio EXILIM EX-Z800

The Leica i9 Concept was a really cool one that will tickle the fancies of many camera aficionados if it does gets made commercially. Another camera, however, that really caught my eye was the  Doraemon Limited Edition Casio EXILIM EX-Z800. It’s not as futuristic or as sleek, but it’s featuring one of my favorite cartoon characters from my childhood and this hue of blue is really sweet to look at as well.

Aside from its fancy looks, the EX-Z800 also packs a mean punch with its 14.1-megapixel sensor and capability of shooting HD videos. Further specs haven’t been made available as the camera is set to be in stores by the end of August of this year, so we might just have to wait and see to hear more about this shooter, but it’s definitely got potential.

Aside from the obvious Doraemon design on the camera’s case, the lovable character also makes its presence in your photos, if you choose to include the included images of the blue tyke into your photos as well.

The Doraemon Limited Edition Casio EXILIM EX-Z800 Digital Camera will be priced at 29,800 Yen ($365).
