Digital Video Rocket

From the Estes model rockets creators comes this fun Digital Video Rocket ($50), with an impact-resistant digital camera sitting in the nose cone.
The camera can shoot video or pictures from as high as 500 feet – footage which you can later enjoy on a PC. You can record a 12-second video at a 640 x 480 pixel resolution or take up to three pictures per flight.
It comes ready to fly, and the camera is oriented toward the earth during flight. The camera connects to a PC with the included USB cable to download the flight video. The rocket uses Estes C6-5 engines (sold below and at hobby stores) and includes a launch pad, camera software, and two sets of L1154 button-cell batteries for the camera. Injection-molded plastic . Includes launch pad and controller (requires four AA batteries). Ages 10 and up with adult supervision. 16 H x 3 Diam. (3 1/4 oz.)
