Darklite DVD Remote

Darklite is the name of Messiah’s new stylish DVD remote control for PS3.

The slide cover feature and the rest of the design very much looks like a cell phone. This kind of look could we also saw a while ago with the Jasco remote, only that they went for the clamshell style.

Darklite DVD Remote is a compact ion-lithium powered remote for your PS3 with bright backlit buttons for use in the dark. Primary DVD functions are accessed on the top of the remote while secondary functions can slide-out when you need. The remote’s receiver connects to the USB port on your PS3 and doubles as a charging station.

Features:

  • BluRay and DVD compatible
  • Sleek black design mimics PS3 console
  • Operate Menus, Play/Pause, Rewind and Fast-Forward with control ring and center button
  • Backlit buttons can be read in the dark
  • Sliding design reveals additional control menu
  • Receiver doubles as charging station for remote
  • Rechargeable ion-lithium battery

Messiah is currently taking preorders for the Darklite DVD Remote ($30). The shipping date has been set to September 25.
