DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.
Miniot sent me a badly made excuse for a case, the product was damaged out of the box, i ordered a logo- they got the placement and size of it wrong, the power button did not line up right and ended up dinging my phone, furthermore there are metal rods inthe back which they shoddily cover and of you don’t look to make sure they will scratch the back of your phone.
Miniot is a horrible company which refused to take responsibility for the damage there crappy case did to my phone, and refused to try and send me a working one….my suspicion is that all of them are slightly messed- they even admitted to me that the tolerances are still changing…..
GREAT PRODUCT IN THEORY, BUT FAR LESS THAN PERFECT.
IF YOU LIKE GREEN THINGS, DONATE THE $175 TO A CAUSE THAT PROTECTS TREES, AND DOESNT DESTROY THEM TO MAKE A PRODUCT THAT IS A SLIGHT STEP ABOVE FIREWOOD.
Great case, and great company. My case works and looks great. The customer service provided by Miniot was exceptional. When the lining in my case unraveled slightly, Miniot sent me a whole new case free of charge. I would buy from them again in a heart beat.
I personally LOVE my padouk iWood case. It is funtional and smooth. It even matches my padouk headphones, which, by the way took me almost a year to locate on eBay. Thank YOU Miniot for completing my collection of wooden electronic accessories.

I bought one of these a couple of weeks ago from the Apple Store. Very beautiful and I have had no problems with fitting or the controls. However, the top of it has just split! I’m mortified. Am about to try and secure a replacement through the Apple Store
I ordered an iWood over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I have been unable to locate ANY customer service contact information on the site.
Would someone please pass along?
I ordered my iWood 4 case in late August and have yet to receive it as well. After emailing them (the only way to communicate with them, but they respond within 1-2 working days) they informed me that they are having a slight problem. They also gave me the option to cancel my order for a full refund OR to keep my order and have it sent as soon as it is available. Miniot apologized profusely and told me that my order will be shipping out in Oct. The email address is [email protected] – include your order number and name. Hope this helps. = D
