Artist André Araújo gives us a new look at iconic characters with an 8.27″ × 11.7″ art print that features the characters from Star Wars who now lean more towards medieval origins than sci-fi.
Forget all about the part about a galaxy far, far away. However, a long time ago is still a fitting description, with wise old knight Obi-Wan Kenobi seeking farmboy Luke, who will fulfill his destiny and confront the evil Sith lord, Darth Vader.
Sadly, it doesn’t look like the droids survived the transition but Yoda and Chewbacca are still easily recognizable, even after their alien origins are stripped away. Of course, armored bad guys like Stormtroopers and Boba Fett still fit perfectly within a medieval setting.
