Knight Rider RC CarWhat would be the next best thing after having your own robot version of David Hasselhoff? Probably your own radio controlled KITT.

This sleek, customised Pontiac Trans-Am was impervious to attack, could cruise at 300mph and was loaded with hi-tech armaments. It could even talk, albeit in an incredibly camp, condescending voice. And now, thanks to your hairy-chested friends at the Firebox Foundation, you can own a fully-functioning, rechargeable RC version of one of rubbish TV’s greatest vehicles.

Knight Rider R/C Car

The car travel forwards, backwards, left and right, boasts a ‘turbo-boost’ function and a red sensor with varying speeds and “cyclon” sound effect.

Last, but not least; hit a button on the transmitter and you’ll hear:
-I am KITT, whom you may regard as the voice of the Knight 2000.

Here’s a video clip of the car in action:

The Knight Rider R/C Car measures 12(W) x 9(H) x 33(D) cm and requires 4 x AA batteries for the car and 1 x 9v battery for the transmitter.

Now available over at Firebox.com for £29.95 (about ($62 USD).

Haha I bought this as a birthday present for my cousin.

It’s not all its hyped up to be… i didnt even notice a difference when turning the turbo function on, so don’t even bother to attempt the turbo jump as it’ll just end in tears or pieces 🙂

I have the Knight Rider R/C version of the original Pontiac Firebird Trans-am o (P.F.T) this car belongs to a Tvshow series named Knight Rider But the car in scale, is not exactly as the original becase the are many differences for example the sensor light in the original is eight red lights and in the 1/15 scale is only five red lights, the rear glass is not desighed exactly as the original, among other things. but not having on mind this thing I think that this car is amazing
