Two Men of Steel become one to give us the new look shown on the Superman Rebirth ArtFX+ Statue.
The Last Son of Krypton was stuck in a fashion rut for many years, sticking with his classic blue tights and red shorts but all of that has changed recently as the DC Comics universe changed… and changed again… and then changed one more time.
The New 52 brought us a Superman without the red trunks, but he did wear armor and a high collar. Long story short, things happened and the New 52 Supes eventually merged with the pre-Flashpoint Supes to give us the all-new Rebirth Supes.
Standing approximately 7 3/4-inches tall, this plastic statue features Superman sporting his new look. The red shorts are still gone but the red boots have also taken a hike during this latest costume change to make sure everyone knows this is a brand-new Superman… until the DCU changes again.
