While this is a beautiful set, the guy who runs the page for Cloud9 Tungsten is an awful, rotten person to deal with. I had a few minor questions that I asked in quite a civil manner and he was incredibly rude, unwilling and at the end threatened to report ME to Etsy for harassment. Keep in mind, Mr. Mike Guerrero already had my money in hand, so I guess he could have cared less what I thought of his customer service skills.
There are other Etsy vendors that are just as capable, if not as well publicized, as Cloud9 that will offer you the same product with a much quicker turn around. I ordered the same set, for less money and received it within 48 hours of ordering. 10 days after my order with Cloud9, our rings hadn’t even been started.
Hi Heather, I’d also like to find out who else on Etsy (aside from Cloud 9) sells the Doctor Who ring sets. When I first saw a description, it said the sets were available for $115, but Cloud 9 says it’s $150…and I’m sure that’s before shipping, etc. Thanks. -Mike H.
