Silverlit iFairy

Silverlit, the company that brought us the Picoo Z choppers and the iBird, has now come up with something as odd as a radio-controlled wing flapping fairy.

A perfect gift for girls who love fairies, the i-Fairy is available in pretty pink, a delicate blue or woodland green. Able to flutter and soar like a bird, thanks to a clever flapping wing propulsion system, the i-Fairy is a beautiful way to join in with RC flying fun for anyone who thinks that helicopters and fighter planes are a bit too macho.

Here’s a video demonstration of the iFairy:

Packed with the same state of the art technology as the i-Bird and i-Wings, the i-Fairy joins the latest generation of RC flyers that provide an unparalleled level of control and stability both indoors and out. Simple and fun to fly, the i-Fairy is ready to gracefully float through the air right out of the box, and is magically resilient enough to be able to cope with the occasional rough landing.

Silverlit iFairy - R/C Fairy

Controlled via an infra-red transmitter that also charges the built-in Li-Poly battery this is one of this year’s most beautiful and graceful flying toys!

Silverlit iFairy

  • Three color choices
  • Realistic wing flapping

The Silverlit iFairy is sold by Thumbs Up with the suggested retail price set to £24.99 (about $49 USD). Unfortunately, the product is currently out of stock.

Update

That’s really nice. I bet my daughter would love one for her bedroom. I might consider buying one although it might not be suitable with the other fairies she has on display.
