Is the Suicide Squad Harley Quinn MAF EX Action Figure the ultimate Harley Quinn figure?

Standing a little over 6-inches tall, the figure comes with a mallet, a baseball bat, a pistol, the Suicide Squad exploding collar, and two interchangeable heads. It’s enough to drive someone crazy.
