Square Enix and video game artist/designer Tetsuya Nomura brings us a Harley Quinn like you’ve never seen before. The twisted alter-ego of Dr. Harleen Quinzel wears an outfit that resembles a nurse’s uniform, with the addition of bandages covering her eyes, adding an extra level of creepiness. Her over-sized mallet breaks down into a syringe-shaped weapon and armor that resembles a deadly version of her iconic red and black harlequin outfit.
The figure measures 10 3/4-inches tall, while her assembled mallet measures 12-inches tall. Included accessories include interchangeable hands, an interchangeable face, and an assortment of tools that help Harley spread mayhem and chaos.
