Not bad, but I think <a href="http://www.sothinkmedia.com/video-converter/index.htm" title="video converter" rel="nofollow">Sothink Video Converter</a> is a better choice.

It supports almost all popular video formats, and can convert videos to iPod, PSP, Zune, 3G mobile videos directly. It's easy to use, yet powerful!

wouldnt it be just as easy to get one of the 49.95 video capture programs for your computer that have the breakout box that plugs into your usb... and has i/o rca and svhs and audio. it comes with a built in tv tuner and all kinds of stuff...capture from a video camera...picture in picture...dvr....all kinds of useful stuff but its about 200$ cheaper... and you arent buying an outdated technology, just to copy video tapes...and to be eventually thrown away... its a useless piece of trash for people who are too stupid to know there is a better way.
