Toraichi Snake Skin Sneakers

Toraichi Snake Skin Sneakers

When it comes to fancy footwear, GA knows you don’t want to be seen with kicks that anyone can get off the streets. You want to wear things that have little to no chance of being on someone else’s feet. Items like the Lord of the Rings Hobbit Feet, Hightop Sneaker Socks, Superhero Cape Socks, and Samurai Sandals would do, for example. Here’s another geek-worthy item: the dazzling, limited-edition Toraichi Snake Skin Sneakers in light reflecting silver, which have so much attitude and can only be found in Japan.

The Toraichi Snake Skin Safety Sneaker features:

  • Limited edition shoes
  • Snake skin-style pattern design
  • Size: choose from 24.5cm (9.6″), 25.0cm (9.8″) or 25.5cm (10″)

Toraichi is a popular label in Japan known for making workwear clothing. What does that have to do with the rest of us? I’m not sure. But hey, they sure look sharp with the triple velcro straps running across the top. These sneakers are actually called ‘safety sneakers’, so underneath the silver snakeskin design is tough safety material that will better protect your feet from worldly harm.

It looks like there are only 3 sizes left, which equate to women’s sizes 8.5, 9, and 9.5 in North America, 39-41 in Europe. They don’t look too girly or manly, so I’d classify these as unisex apparel. Once these are all sold out, they are gone for good.

You can find these shoes on Japan Trend Shop for $117 US, or they are also available through eBay for $153 while supplies last.
