A friend got some gadgets from them and the staff was very good with after sales and even helped her until it was fit to be used. Well, I know vista is a troublesome piece of software, but since the upgrade of SP1, things getting better and better in compatibility issues. If it happened to not have a good campatibility, you still can use Vista's "Program Compatibility" to run it under XP. :) Anyway, this gadget is really useful since it's so small and thin to fit in any laptop bag! Unlike the sphere shape webcam. @Carolyn:
