TapeWriter is yet another one of those products that allows you to convert your old music collection into digital files. This specific device does it from cassette tapes to MP3 files.

This fully functioning cassette deck is also a converter, to transfer all the music and memories to MP3 format on your computer. It’s as easy as plug and play—no drivers needed. Here’s the latest example of how to use the design of the plastic building bricks from the Danish LEGO company for something completely different.

The bricks are sold in sets of four (red, yellow, green and blue) and measure 6.5 x 3.2 x 2.8 cm. Inside each of them you will find the tape that can be used to correct mistakes during typing or handwriting.

The Brick Correction Tape is available from the Gadget Brando website for $7.

The wallet measures just over 10cm x 10cm (thats 4 x 4 inches) when closed and 21cm x 10cm (8 ½ x 4 inches) when open. The wallet has a long slot which runs the length of the wallet for notes/receipts etc.

The colours of the pieces are loosely based on SRS (Tetris Worlds and Tetris DS) colours. There are 2 flaws with this wallet, but they cancel each other out (thanks to my geeky house mates for pointing them out!). The pieces are light blue, red, green, yellow, purple and orange. Please do not take the tetris pieces off as they will start to loose their stick! If you leave them in place they should last as long as the wallet!

Just like someone looked at the USS Enterprise starship and thought “Wait a minute, that could be a putter“, did someone else take a look at a golf club and thought that it would make a perfect tape dispenser.
