<p>Just like the <a href="http://www.geekalerts.com/teddy-bear-usb-drive-now-in-stores/">Teddy Bear USB Drive</a>, it now looks as if the cool <a href="http://projectcube2007.blogspot.com/">DIY Rubik&#8217;s Cube Subwoofer</a> idea from last year also has been picked up by a company.</p>
<p><span id="more-2180"></span></p>
<p>The 4.7kg heavy <em>MicroSub 2010 BT</em> from <a href="http://elac.com/en/index.html">Elac</a> has four amplifiers and it&#8217;s completely vibration free. <a href="http://www.shinyshiny.tv/2008/09/rubiks_cubesubw.html">According to Shiny Shiny</a>, it uses Bluetooth to stream music from any enabled device. Alternatively, you can connect it directly using an RC jack.</p>
<p>There is no info on pricing or availability yet. But, as <a href="http://www.pocket-lint.co.uk/news/news.phtml/17302/18326/elac-rubik-cube-inspired-subwoofer.phtml">Pocket-lint points out</a>; it will most likely be quite expensive, considering the standard black or white MicroSub model will set you back around $1,800 USD.</p>
