The Yamaha BODiBEAT ($299) digital audio player monitors your pulse with a wired ear-clip and your rate of speed with an accelerometer. This information is then being used to dynamically match the music to your pace.

Dolphin Waterproof MP3 Player
Now those who prefer getting in shape in the water rather than on land can also enjoy their favorite music during the exercise.
Dolphin is a small waterproof MP3 player that you strap onto the goggles. It comes with water tight earplugs and is available in 1GB and 2 GB sizes.
Anything But iPod writes that “the press release states the 2GB version to be selling for 19,800 Yen or around $160 USD starting in July.”
