Remember those Space Invaders Headphones that we wrote about this summer? The wait is over – this fun and geeky audio accessory is now available from the NCSX shop.

The Japanese video game developer Taito continues to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the classic Space Invaders game and releases yet another cool and geeky product.

These new tumblers stand 7.87 inches (20cm) tall and can hold up to 16 oz of liquid. There are three different styles to choose from; a black, a pink and a blue one.

As you all know by now, the 30th Anniversary of the classic Space Invaders game is in full swing with lots of new products being released, like these fun mini skateboards.

Taito’s going to etch Space Invaders designs onto the bottoms of miniature skateboards that measure 37cm (14.56 inches) in length and offer them as prizes in Japanese amusements centers. The skateboards are functional but they’re about the size of a single skate rather than a board.

Khet is a board game with four types of playing pieces, two of them equipped with mirrors. There are only there movement choices in the simple game, and the goal is to eliminate your opponent’s Pharaoh – by firing a red laser.

Each side of the board is equipped with its own laser, which you press after your turn. The laser bounces from mirror to mirror (always shooting off at a 90 degree angle). If the laser hits any piece on a non-reflective surface, that piece is removed from play.

It looks like the American toy company Hasbro will release a Hulk version of the classic Operation physical skills game. Incredible news, don’t you think?
