Fans of Clark Kent’s alter ego will soon be able to get a stainless steel Superman watch to go with the tie, pen and cufflinks inspired by the very same comic book superhero.

This silvertone alloy bracelet watch comes with a black enamel bezel with a printed graphic pattern and a metallic silver dial with an embossed shield logo.

The red number markers are applied on the dial, and the watch comes with glow-in-the-dark watch hands.

Packaged in a metal box with the Superman logo, each watch comes with a Certificate of Authenticity numbered to 500 pieces.

The Superman Wrapped Band Stainless Steel Watch is expected to ship in Febrary 2009. The product can now be pre-ordered for $33.99 from Urban Collector.

Today Marvel has launched a service to offer a selection of their comics in an online format that you can read from any computer connected to the internet.

The cost is $9.99 per month or $59.88 if you choose the annual subscription.

Unfortunately, you’ll have to wait for six months before new issues are available online, and you can’t download the content to your computer.
