SwimWays Singing Gondolier

Serenading Pool Gondolier

Wouldn’t it be nice to be serenaded as you float through the watery canals of Venice? I think so, but my wallet says I can live without it. The SwimWays Singing Gondolier might not be able to actually take you to Italy but the little guy should do a great job of bringing Venice to you.

The 6-inch-tall Gondolier’s mouth moves as he sings three classic Italian songs (La dona √® mobile, ‘O sole mio, and Funicul√¨, funicular) while taking his gondola on a tour of your swimming pool, pond, or bath tub. A warm light on the gondola deck lights the way for him when he performs at night.

To alter the path of the tenor’s mobile concert, just adjust the gondola’s rudder to make the boat go straight, clockwise, or counter-clockwise, or simply turn the motor off to let the gondola just float while the Gondolier croons the night away.

  1. This needs to be upgraded by making it a bluetooth speaker, so you can have your music on the water with you without dunking your iPhone.
