Sonic Search Water Game

Sonic Search Water Game

It’s always summer somewhere and swimming is one of the best summer activities there is and playing with new water toys makes swimming that much more exciting. Last night at the public pool, I heard a beeping noise followed by a bunch of boisterous commotion and splashing, which piqued my curiosity. “Either someone has a digital watch gone bonkers or a bomb has been set off in the pool,” I thought.  But it turned out that the beeping noise came from the Sonic Search Water Game.

Sonic Search Water Game

  • Dive and Search Game
  • 60 Second Search Timer
  • Electronic Voice Alerts
  • Item Weight: 6.4 ounces
  • Manufacturer recommended age: 5 years and up

The object of the game is simple. Set the timer for 60 seconds, toss the ball somewhere in the pool, and opponents race to the bottom to stop the timer before time’s up. The first one to do so wins.

There’s just something about beeping noises that gets us all wound up, whether it be from our alarm clocks, kitchen timers, phones, annoying digital watches or bombs (in movies and video games). That’s the beauty of the Sonic Search game. Players will get the heroic urge to reach the ball, stop the timer, and save the day.

Batteries are included with the game, so all you need is a pool and friends who can swim. The Sonic Search Water Game is available on from $7.85.

Another fun swim accessory sure to get people’s attention and adrenaline pumping is the Sea Squirts White Shark Life Jacket. It makes the wearer look like a shark with a scary dorsal fin, but actually it’s just a way of looking tough and staying safe.
