Rocket Alarm Clock

For sleepyheads who have already tried dumbbells, puzzles, V8 engines, sonic bombs and other alarm clocks without success, here’s a rocket alarm clock that might just do the trick.
The launch pad doubles as mission control, where you can set the time and the alarm from the LCD display. When it’s time to get up, the red LED lights begin to flash and the countdown begins. 10 – 9 – if you wake up now you can abort the launch – 8 – 7 – 6 – you can still stop it – 5 – 4 – come on you space cadet get up – 3 – 2 – 1 – LIFT OFF!
If you’ve failed to abort the mission by now, your soft-headed rocket has launched itself across the room – and the only way you’re going to stop the alarm from sounding is by getting up and retrieving it.
The Rocket Alarm Clock is available from LatestBuy for $29.95.

[...] If you think your current alarm clock is annoying, then you definitely have no idea what this one can do to you. It looks cute, I admit, but when it starts the countdown, boy, you will want to abort the mission ASAP or you’re gonna have flying rockets in your room. You can bring this one home from Latest Buy for $29.99.[GeekAlerts] [...]

Ok, I have never heard or seen a rocket launcher alarm clock until reading this article. :)
I like the idea alot because when my alarm goes off in the morning I tend to have a period of about hitting two snoozes before rolling out.
A rocket that flies off and an alarm that wont stop till you get up to retrieve it, great!
