Actually, yes, you might think that jammers like this one should be pre-installed in e.g. schools to avoid the nasty phone use in class etc.
But let me say this much – there have been emergency cases were students contacted police as a school riots/shootings occured. Gladly they could.

everything has its advantages and disvantages.i do use mobile phone jammers sometimes,just bought one from http://thejammerstore.com , it works well
