We’ve covered quite a few levitating products at GeekAlerts, like globes, photo frames and a baseball, but this is the first ever post about levitating lamps.
This lamp was presented last week during the Dutch Design Week. It’s been designed by Angela Jansen from Crealev, an Eindhoven based company that specializes in levitation technologies for creative use, such as lighting.

We have already covered a couple of products like this – the Electromagnetic Earth Globe and the Illuminating Electromagnetic Earth Globe. Unfortunately, there is not much information available about this levitating globe. We’ll just have to assume it uses electro magnets, as with the others.
