Coffee Joulies

Coffee Joulies

I’ve had my eyes on these since they were a concept in the inventor’s eye and now the Coffee Joulies are making the world a better place for coffee drinkers around the globe.

I love coffee but it’s destined to go down the drain once it gets cold because cold coffee is one of those unnatural things that shouldn’t exist. These stainless steel beans won’t wipe cold coffee out of existence but they come close.

Coffee JouliesLocked within the steel shells is a phase change material (PCM) that melts around 140°F (60°C), drawing some of the heat out of your coffee so you don’t have to wait as long to start ingesting your morning dose of java. What happens to the heat that gets siphoned off? It’s slowly released back into the coffee, keeping your cup of joe warmer longer. Since they’re made of stainless steel, all you have do is rinse them off when you’re done with them and they’ll be ready to go for your next pot of coffee.

Coffee Joulies:

  • Set of 5 Coffee Joulies
  • Polished stainless steel shells with phase change material (PCM) inside
  • PCM melts at 140°F and releases heat slowly
  • Joulies logo carrying pouch
  • Instruction card
  • Made in the USA

Don’t let the cold take the fun out of the java bean for you. Keep the heat going with Coffee Joulies for £49.99 / €59 / $79 from Firebox.com.

  1. I love my joules. I bought a share at Kickstarter and had fun watching the company progress. They are so beautiful I use them as a decoration when they are not in my tea cup.
