T.H.R.U.S.H. is once again trying to conquer the world and only secret agents Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin can stop them… but that’s not necessarily true this time because T.H.R.U.S.H. has busted out some of the more colorful villains from Arkham Asylum, and that gives Batman and Robin (and Batgirl in issue #2) the perfect reason to join forces with the agents from U.N.C.L.E.
